Now that you have understood the basic things of SEO, let’s move ahead to learning something more vast, bigger! We will start by assuming a hypothetical example and there do all our experiements on it. This series of tutorial will help you understand exactly how the ‘methods’ are applied on live site.

STEP 1: Registering a keyword rich domain

The most important part to create a SEO friendly site is to get a domain that is as much rich in keyword as you can! This doesn’t mean that if you don’t have keyword your site is not SEO friendly. But here we are talking of simplest and easiest way, remember!

E.g. we want to make a site on ‘Pan Cakes’ so we will try to get the keyword ‘pancake’ in our domain. The extension .com/org/net/info doesn’t really matter. Google sees and weighs all of them the same! However from people’s point of view it’s easier to remember .com more than the others.

Note: This doesn’t mean that you have to get the exact domain as your keyword. Just try to get nearest to it.

STEP 2: Register the SAME keyword on blogspot and wordpress.org

Register the same domain as yours on blogspot as well as on wordpress. Redirect them to your original domain. This will help you getting traffic as well in getting your site indexed faster. This also gives you some PR help in your next PR update.

Note: This doesn’t mean that you have to get the exact domain as your original domain. Just try to get nearest to it. If your desired domain is not available you can browse some domain portfolio.

STEP 3: Get a good and reliable hosting!

You might say that how come this is relevant to SEO, but yes it surely is! You would never want your host to be down whenever Google bot visits your site (also applicable to other bots.) So get a reliable hosting. It’s a lot cheaper these days.

STEP 4:  Install your script/wordpress etc

Now install your favourite script or wordpress on the domain along with the theme, plugins/mods as much as you can in this step. If you editing the code, make sure you keep it in valid xhtml format. This is really important but people tend to ignore it.

STEP 5: Adding meta tags and title tags

Add meta and title tags along with proper description and keywords in your respective header/index file. This is really imporant  as Google will see your site through these and will also display in a similar manner. Also try to make your site’s URL SEO friendly.

e.g. http://www.examplesite.com/pancakes.html?=cat_2id=3

The above is NOT a SEO friendly URL. It should be like this:

http://www.examplesite.com/pancakes/categoryname/postname.html

The above are basic and essential steps when making a SEO friendly website eazy way!

I strongly recommend that you turn the No Follow off in your comment section. I’ll watch Google Webmaster Tools, and if the links don’t show up after a couple of weeks — I won’t go back to that blog again. Another suggestion: you should have a Top Commentator widget installed. Do Follow and Top Commentator will ensure that you have a successful blog with lots of readers!

It sounds like you’re creating problems yourself by trying to solve this issue instead of looking at why their is a problem in the first place.
